the United States and its territories. Please read the following
carefully:

CANNOT be shipped outside the continental US, which includes
Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

CANNOT be shipped outside the US or to New York, Massachusetts, Michigan,
Illinois, New Jersey, or the city of Philadelphia.

or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and
batons, CANNOT be shipped outside the United States (including
its territories).

CANNOT be shipped by any method other than GROUND.

We do not ship
to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical
address for shipping.

Most orders are shipped the same day (Mon - Fri) or within 24 hours via UPS
Ground or USPS Priority Mail (except for hidden cameras, video recorders
and certain surveillance equipment which are special ordered so they
take a longer time to fill).

UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipping is $10.95 and is automatically calculated
into your total upon checkout for orders. You may upgrade
your shipping to receive your items sooner. The cost to upgrade
shipping is calculated by UPS based on shipping options (3 days, 2nd
day air, next day air), weight of order and destination.
If you are a customer
whose order is shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, actual shipping costs
will be emailed to you for you to accept or decline.
How long is delivery transit time?
Please provide a
physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS can
not deliver to a PO Box.
Once your order
ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later
than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number
and scheduled delivery date. If you place your order by mail, phone,
or fax, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel
free to contact us for your tracking number. We do not give away,
sell, or rent your personal information including your email address
to anyone. Our

Policy is posted.
Stunster
exclusively ships using only UPS, therefore, all orders will ship
via UPS. We have had much success with UPS, and will continue using
them as our main source of shipping. We are able to provide our
customers with quality shipping services, tracking of packages, and
ensured delivery.
*Orders received
by 3pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day.
Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will ship the
following business day.
For money order or
check orders, please be sure to add the appropriate shipping costs
(if applicable). For offline orders (mail or fax) please print an
