FOR TASER RETURNS

If you are having problems with your Taser device, you can contact Taser International/Axon Inc. for technical support at 1-800-978-2737 or visit Taser Here to Help Page for help.

(Note: All Taser devices come with a 1-year warranty and Taser accessories come with a 90-day warranty.)

If your Taser device is definitely defective, Taser International/Axon is responsible for repairing or providing a new Taser.

FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS

We at Stunster strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices. Given the specific nature of our products, we accept returns only if the item is defective.

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

If an exception is made for a non-defective, unused item returned in its undamaged original packaging, please be aware that a 10% restocking fee will apply, and shipping costs are not refundable. 

All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved before any products are returned. 

All of our products are tested before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. If you have any questions regarding our products, please contact us.

All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other Stunster products are special ordered and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer.

All returns must be authorized by Stunster before the product is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging. Stunster will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at Stunster's discretion.

Special exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis determined by Stunster. In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a possible restocking charge and must be returned within a five (5) day period from the date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from Stunster.

Any return must be authorized by a representative of Stunster and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from Stunster. No returns will be authorized after five (5) BUSINESS days of receipt of product(s) by the customer.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

REQUEST TO RETURN PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM Stunster WITHIN FIVE (5) DAY PERIOD AFTER THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED THE PRODUCT(S).

WARRANTY: We guarantee all Stunster products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless the manufacturer's warranty is longer) after the sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse or alteration.
