Shipping Policy

We only ship to the United States and its territories. Please read the following carefully:

  • Pepper Sprays CANNOT be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

  • Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped outside the U.S. and to some states. See TASER (Stun Devices) Regulations by State for more information.

  • Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, CANNOT be shipped outside the United States (including its territories).

  • Pepper Sprays CANNOT be shipped by any method other than GROUND.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

  • Pepper Sprays CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts, or Wisconsin.

 

International Customers

  • Pepper Sprays CANNOT be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

  • Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped outside the US.

  • If you are outside the US and want to order an item other than items noted above (that we cannot ship outside the United States) please contact us to get a quote.

 

Shipping Methods

Most orders are shipped the same day (Mon - Fri) or within 24 hours via UPS, FedEx or USPS (except for hidden cameras, video recorders and certain surveillance equipment which are special ordered so they take a longer time to fill). Orders received by 3pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will ship the following business day.

We offer several shipping options which are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is automatically calculated into your total upon checkout for orders.  You may upgrade your shipping to receive your items sooner via 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air / Express Mail. The cost to upgrade shipping is calculated by UPS / FedEx / USPS based on the weight of the order and destination.

 

Shipment Confirmation / Tracking Number

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. If you place your order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number. We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone. Our Privacy Policy is posted.

 

Pay with a Money Order or Check

For money orders or check orders, please be sure to add the appropriate shipping costs (if applicable). For offline orders (mail or fax) please print an Fax/Mail Order Form to mail or fax in.
